I’ve been using Zomro servers for over 5 years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most reliable companies on the market. I decided to test one of their servers in the Netherlands and did not expect much for such a low price, but the quality really surprised me. The server is stable and all my projects are running perfectly. I have not faced a single glitch so far. Whenever I contacted support, they responded quickly and professionally. It’s terrible. The connection quality to their VPS is completely unacceptable. Every day either it goes down entirely or the speed gets cut to something ridiculously low. The servers are all over the place—Lithuania one day, then NL, then JP. It’s all so unprofessional that I’d be embarrassed on their end to charge people for it—this is “schoolboy with trading cards” level.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing, Avoid Zomro at All Costs! I purchased a VPS from Zomro just yesterday, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the start, I was unable to install FX Blue, which was the main reason I needed the server. When I reached out to their customer support, not only were they unhelpful, but they kept telling me to use a VPN as if that would magically fix the issue. Spoiler: it didn't. Now, I can’t even log into their dashboard, making the VPS completely unusable. Their so-called support has done absolutely nothing to resolve my problem. They just keep pushing generic responses without actually solving anything. If you’re thinking of buying from Zomro, DON’T DO IT. Their service is unreliable, their support is useless, and they clearly have no interest in helping their customers. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

These are fraud, I bought a server and paid for it, but they refused the service and did not return the money.

Everything on the technical side is solid, but what really keeps me with them is the best technical support I’ve ever come across. Lately, something’s off… Right now, the VPS server is simply unavailable. Support is silent—no one’s responding. P.S. After two forced reboots via the control panel, the server came back. But support is still not saying anything. I’ve been using Zomro since 2020, but lately the quality of the service has been steadily declining, while prices keep going up.
