Die Hoffnungsstiftung ist eine gemeinnützige Stiftung, die v.a. die Arbeit der Hoffnungskirche Berlin-Pankow unterstützt, den Erhalt des Denkmals sowie die Arbeit für die Menschen fördert (Kunst- und Kultur, Alten- und Jugendarbeit, Arbeit mit Kindern u.a.). Ich selbst, bin Gründungsmitglied und seitdem im Vorstand der Stiftung tätig.

Wir wollten für die Hoffnungsstiftung ein (neues) Corporate Design entwickeln lassen. Ziel war ein stimmiges Erscheinungsbild mit Farbkonzept, Logo-Weiterentwicklung, Typografie und konkreten Anwendungen für unsere Kommunikation. Zusätzlich benötigten wir Flyer und ein Roll-up, die direkt praktisch eingesetzt werden konnten.

Wir waren mit 2-3 Agenturen im Austausch. Ausschlaggebend war für uns, dass sich 4eck Media von Anfang an sehr gut in unsere Stiftung und deren Arbeit hineingedacht hat. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass Sie die Rahmenbedingungen des Auftrags und unsere ehrenamtlichen Möglichkeiten sehr gut aufnehmen konnten. Das hat gut zu uns gepasst. Die Nähe zur Kirchengemeinde blieb erkennbar, gleichzeitig wirkt das neue Erscheinungsbild eigenständig, moderner und frischer. Die Abstimmung war angenehm, schnell und lösungsorientiert.

Noch vor Abschluss des Projektes hat 4eck Media das neue Design genutzt, um uns für ein großes Konzert 2 Roll-Ups und Flyer anzuwenden. Das war ein toller Aufschlag des neuen Designs!

We are the residential city of Neustrelitz and, as the Schools & Sports department, we are responsible for organizational processes relating to our schools and daycare centers, among other things. We chose 4eck Media because their advice was very honest and clear. We immediately got the feeling that they had a lot of experience and weren't just selling a cookie-cutter solution. We were put in touch with the agency by a family member who has been a customer of theirs for around 10 years with his company. He also initiated the first joint meeting, which took place in person at Müritz. For us as a company from North Rhine-Westphalia, it is rather unusual to choose an agency from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. But it has really paid off for us.

First, there was a discussion, followed by a detailed offer. After confirmation, we received the logo sketch from the agency. The logo was not questioned aggressively, but we were offered the opportunity to test an alternative logo that was created especially by 4eck-Media. We were immediately convinced by this logo because it conveyed who we are and what we offer in a much better and more modern way. A prototype for the one-pager was then created. The agency also prepared images and a video greeting and edited them professionally. After we gave our approval, the website was technically implemented.

My co-founder and I were the contact persons on our side. Four people were involved on the agency's side (a designer for the layout, a programmer, and someone for video editing), and our contact was solely through the managing director, Matthias Petri.

The website is very fast, clearly laid out, and looks high-quality. Various tests have shown us that it is technically very well designed and also optimized for Google and ChatGPT. What's important to us is that customers can quickly find all the information they need and contact us easily.

Deadlines were met and requests for changes were always responded to quickly and with a focus on finding solutions. You never felt like you were bothering anyone.

The combination of consulting, design, and technology. Not only was a beautiful website built, but also a well-thought-out online foundation for our company. The issues of accessibility and user-friendliness were also taken seriously. The collaboration was pleasant, structured, and very professional.
