- Scope and Eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the subscription-based services provided by Feedbax via https://feedbax.de and https://feedbax.ai. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any conflicting terms you may provide will not apply unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
Our services are available only to users who are at least 18 years old and acting in a business capacity. Personal or consumer use is explicitly excluded. By subscribing, you confirm that you are a business user.
These Terms apply to all services and any future transactions, such as upgrades, under the conditions published at the time of subscription.
The agreement can be executed in either English or German.

"Consumer" refers to a natural person using services for private, non-commercial purposes.
"Business Customer" refers to a person or legal entity acting in a commercial or professional context.
"Merchant" refers to a business that is registered or operating under commercial laws. - Services Provided
Feedbax offers four subscription plans: Starter, Business, Premium, and Enterprise.
The features of each plan are described on our pricing page at https://feedbax.ai/profile/dashboard?section=Subscription&page=PricingOverview and reflect the current technical status at the time of agreement.
We may update, enhance, or restrict service features for technical, legal, or misuse prevention reasons. You may cancel only if essential features are materially limited.
We may propose a price adjustment due to changes in costs or service tiers. If you do not consent to the proposed adjustment within 14 days, we may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice. - Contract Formation
Our publicly presented plans and any quotes sent via email constitute binding offers.
By clicking “Subscribe Now,” you accept our offer, and a binding contract is created.
You will receive a confirmation email after your subscription is submitted.
Before confirming your order, you may print the Terms using your browser’s print function.
The full contract, including order details and Terms, will be sent to you by email and stored in your account, though it is not accessible online. - Claiming a Business Profile
If a profile for your business already exists on Feedbax and was previously managed by us, claiming it requires verification of your affiliation. You must submit your request via the provided form, stating your position. You will be notified via email once verification is complete. - Term and Termination
Annual subscriptions begin upon order confirmation.
The initial term is 12 months and renews automatically unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Either party may terminate the agreement for cause without refund.
Cancellations must be made via the customer portal or by email to [email protected]. If we cancel the agreement, notice will be provided to your registered email.
You may upgrade your subscription at any time and immediately benefit from the added features.
You are responsible for exporting your data before termination. - Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and exclude applicable VAT.
Accepted payment methods include credit card and SEPA direct debit, when registering via our online form.
Annual fees are payable in advance and due at the beginning of each subscription term. Invoices are issued electronically in PDF format.
If you choose SEPA debit, you authorize us to collect payment from the provided account. You are responsible for sufficient funds. If a debit fails or is reversed, we may charge a processing fee of €49 per transaction unless you demonstrate lower actual damages.
If your payment is overdue, we may suspend your profile after giving 10 business days' prior notice. All legal rights remain unaffected. - Business Profiles
You confirm that the information provided for your profile is accurate and that you are authorized to create or manage the profile. Pseudonyms are not permitted.
You are responsible for regularly updating your profile and correcting any inaccuracies.
If you request to claim an existing profile, we may contact you by email or phone to verify your identity.
You must protect your login credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify us immediately. You are liable for any misuse unless you prove no fault on your part. - Content and Indemnification
You must ensure that any content you upload (e.g., images, videos, text) complies with applicable law and does not infringe on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to block or remove content suspected of violating laws or third-party rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide license to use your uploaded content, including rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and modify it. You waive the right to be named as the author. You remain free to license your content to others.
You agree to indemnify Feedbax and its representatives from any third-party claims resulting from your actions or content, including the costs of legal defense. - Project Requests
If you submit a project request as a client, you authorize us to identify suitable service providers and share your contact information with them. - Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, and for injury to life, body, or health.
For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and capped at foreseeable damages typical for this type of agreement.
We are not liable for data loss that could have been avoided through reasonable backups. - Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time and will notify you via email. Unless you object in writing within 14 days, the updated Terms will be considered accepted.
Changes that materially restrict core features or introduce new obligations will not be made without your express consent. - Legal Jurisdiction
If you are a merchant or business entity, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office in Germany.
This agreement is governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
