OIT supported the FDP parliamentary group in the Osnabrück district council with comprehensive expertise during the introduction of Microsoft 365 and, in particular, Microsoft Teams. The entire process was clearly structured and easy to follow. The training was particularly impressive: it was practical, easy to understand, and tailored precisely to the parliamentary group's workflows. Questions were answered quickly and reliably at all times, and there was a consistent feeling of receiving excellent technical support. Even after the fact, contact was maintained and questions or problems were dealt with quickly and competently. Overall, it was a professional and trusting collaboration, which I can wholeheartedly recommend based on my experience with the FDP parliamentary group in the Osnabrück district council.
