xevIT net works

It is about Xevit GmbH as WLAN service provider of the University Hospital Mainz. The use of the WLAN (is also necessary as data reception in building 605 of the clinic is hardly possible) is on a payment basis. A reasonable €5 per day, €14 per week and over €30 per week are charged. Other hospitals offer this as a free service. Acceptable performance and availability can therefore be expected. As an employee of one of the leading providers of IT solutions and services, it is incomprehensible to me how Xevit GmbH manages to deliver such a poor service. The WLAN architecture in the university hospital is actually not available to patients. not available to patients. In addition to the lack of availability (a connection is prevented or rejected by the router even before logging in), it is also completely unstable and can only be used for minutes. This is also not a temporary problem but a permanent one - I am at the university hospital for the eighth time this year and my waste of money on Xevit GmbH is the accompanying red thread. As I can see from the other reviews, this is not an isolated case. I can only urgently recommend the University Hospital Mainz to look for another IT system provider and not to accept services of this kind in the interests of their patients.
