Warning! This is the last store you should buy from. We ordered 7 keys—they also arrived. However, the invoice was not sent to my billing email address, so it ended up in the spam folder. After we received the payment reminder with collection fees, we wondered where the original invoice was. So I paid the amount along with the reminder fees. I paid the invoice using the invoice number, just like you normally do and like every company can match it. After that, a collections agency was brought in, and they emailed us saying we have to include the reference/purpose in the payment details; otherwise, they can’t match it. That wasn’t stated in the invoice—only in the collections agency’s instructions, and they only contacted us after the transfer. Then the money was refunded back to us with the note “paid via PayPal,” which never happened. Now I have to pay over €50 in collection fees, and I’ve got a mess in my records that I shouldn’t have—especially not with my tax advisor. We’ll never buy from this store again.
