Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed. According to the shop, the item is in stock and will be delivered to me in 5–7 days. But 7 days after I ordered (and paid) there’s been no response. When I ask about it, I’m told it’ll take another roughly 10 days until the item arrives. No apology, no explanation—nothing. Dear Expert Team, delays can happen. But if you can’t stick to your own information on the shop, you could at least keep the customer informed. The customer may be waiting for the item urgently!

Since 3/17/2026, I’ve been waiting for the delivery of the batteries I ordered. If I order the batteries myself in Asia, I get them much faster. Apparently, the dealer doesn’t have any physical stock on hand. There’s been no communication with the customer— even when I followed up, I didn’t receive any response. I won’t be ordering from here again. I’m curious to see when the goods will finally arrive. At least the purchase price refund went through without any issues after I decided not to go through with the purchase.
