Friendly, competent, great value for the price. On top of that, they even charged less than usual as a goodwill gesture, and it didn’t take even an hour to repair my PC. They also cleaned the PC, and they didn’t charge me for that either. I can only recommend this shop—every time! ….

I took my PC to him because my network fan was broken and my power button wasn't working properly. No sooner said than done—it was fixed in less than 2½ hours. I haven't seen my PC this clean in a long time. It works perfectly, and the owner was a very friendly guy. I highly recommend him!!!

I dropped it off today because the monitor stayed black after booting up. I was greeted very warmly, and they carried the PC from my car into the store. I was able to pick it up just an hour later. I’d be happy to go back there if I ever need anything again. Great service, and a very pleasant and friendly person. :)

I can’t thank D7 - Hardware Computer in Rüsselsheim enough! My PC was driving me crazy: the CPU temperature kept skyrocketing to 90 to 100 degrees. I changed the thermal paste three times myself, tried and did everything I could, but I just couldn’t fix the problem. Completely desperate, I called them and explained my situation—including that I’m really tight on money right now. Their response was just great: “Come right over, I’ll take a look at it, and it won’t cost you anything for now.” You rarely find that kind of humanity these days! I drove over with my son, and we felt welcome right away. We were there for over half an hour, and it was a really great time. While he was tinkering with my computer, we had a super nice chat, and he explained and told us a lot of things along the way. He then replaced the battery and expertly reapplied the thermal paste—and lo and behold: the PC is running perfectly again! It’s not just the technical expertise that impresses here, but above all the way you’re treated as a customer (and as a person). My son and I had a fantastic time, and I’m just so glad my PC is working again. Anyone who needs help with computer problems should definitely come here. A thousand thanks for everything!
