The videos are just soooo good. I understand that unfortunately there is no (more) time for individual support... and I wish there was an agency that was as competent as Mr. Frey. If there were 6 stars, he would have earned them!

Problems with my online store in the area of product display could not be solved despite several external helps. I can only give full marks, as I was helped in an uncomplicated and quick manner. With a problem that arose later, I was helped at short notice and successfully. Also the calculation of the fee is more than reasonable. I can only recommend WooExperte to anyone who has problems with the store system or just needs some information.

If there were 100 points to be awarded, the WooExperte would get 101 points from me. As a store builder novice, I simply reached my limits after some time and was somewhat desperate, because there are already viiiiiiany videos on the Internet, which seem to show the solutions, but ultimately do not go into the details. So I have installed PlugIns, tried, discarded because not the perfect solution for such a comprehensive store, or because they blocked each other, again researched new PlugIns, tried, discarded....u.s.w. And then I came across the WooExpert, talked to him and asked if he could help, even though quite a bit of desperation on my part was already done. I must say he saved me. About the process: I had to allow the WooExperts insight into the store, my questions and change requests to detail, he then looked at the pages, gave me a price I should expect and after order confirmation Harald got to work. Everything was done to my absolute satisfaction and within a very short time! And the greatest thing about it is that as a customer you get a video of how and where he made which changes. So you can check back in a few months if you don't remember exactly how the changes were made. This is almost unique in my opinion!
