NEVER AGAIN ! The CEO/owner of Werbeagentur21 doesn't even deserve a single star, but unfortunately there is nothing less: from my experience with him, he has no conversational manners, is tactless, rude and disrespectful and thus poison for customer service. If he were an employee, his boss would certainly never have let him talk to customers. Furthermore, he is not honest: he has tried to pull me over the table several times, arguing ridiculously. And when he realized that he wasn't succeeding and that I saw through him, he became choleric, just yelled on the phone and, without saying goodbye like a cultivated person, hit the receiver with full force on the phone and hung up - whereupon I forbade him in writing to contact my company by phone and terminated the cooperation. In short, it was an ugly experience for me to deal with this agency, because of the CEO, and I deeply regretted having given it the order to create my website "Kolibri GmbH". But unfortunately it was too late.

Dear Mr. Baray, in said telephone conversation more than 3.5 years ago, I am sure we were both equally upset. Fair play between business partners is very important to us, but it must always come from both sides. A store that, contrary to all our warnings, has not been provided with updates for six years must be renewed at some point - for your own safety and that of your customers. We have always provided you with honest proposals for solutions, which you have not responded to. Unfortunately, it was precisely these problems that were your undoing in the end, and your store was affected. As an agency, we see it as our duty to point out potential risks or problems to our customers, even if it's not always what they want to hear. What you then make of it in the end, or what you hire us for, is out of our hands. Yours sincerely Christian Kugelmann
