I was a customer of the web host for several years. At some point, for example, some cron jobs were deactivated because they allegedly consumed too many resources. That may be true - but not informing the customer about it is unacceptable. I've been with Lima-City for several years now. Everything is perfect there. The customer service is friendly, fast and results-oriented.

Best support ever. My website was hacked, which Webhoster informed me about immediately. The support was available immediately, fixed the problem and gave me very good advice on how to optimize my site and the plugins. I will never use another hosting company again!!! I had bad experiences with other hosters.

Great service! My site was hacked tonight. I immediately received an email about it. The telephone support was available immediately this morning and the very competent employee solved the problem straight away. He restored the backup and removed not only the malware, but also superfluous, outdated plugins with me. My site used to be with Strato and the support there is not available at all or only if you book it in addition. I would recommend everyone to host their site at webhoster.de. The price is always justified for this support.

Employees act without an order, making a store unavailable for several hours. Insight from the CEO? Not a chance, after only 2 months we canceled again and left this living room hoster.
