Very good. Mr. Seemann is very patient and competent.
I have been working with Visionmaxx for almost 20 years now and I am still thrilled. In all this time, there have been hardly any problems. The hardware works flawlessly. Since TI, there have been a few minor issues, but Visionmaxx has always resolved them quickly and reliably. The advice is excellent! I have always been offered solutions that were useful for my practice. I have only had downtime once, and it took less than three hours for everything to be up and running again. The remote maintenance options are simply fantastic! And if that doesn't lead to success, such as in the case of a hardware defect, a replacement PC was delivered to my practice within a very short time. Incidentally, I caused this error myself because I didn't follow Mr. Konrad's advice to replace my old PC with a newer model, as I thought I could save money. I wouldn't want to be without Visionmaxx's support. Of course, good service costs money, but in return I don't have to spend hours dealing with my PC or IT issues on top of my work. And besides, the people at Visionmaxx are much better at all of that than I am. A big thank you to the Visionmaxx team!

Long-standing support, and a reliable partner despite challenges! We have been a VisionmaxX customer since 2008 and have accompanied the company over many years from a smaller provider to a nationwide IT service provider. In such a long-standing collaboration, there are naturally times when everything runs smoothly, and also phases when growth or changes cause things to become a little bumpier. For example, we initially encountered some difficulties with our current Windows 11 migration. However, it is important for us to emphasize one thing above all else: Visionmaxx took our criticism very seriously and responded immediately in an extremely professional manner. Within a very short time, the project was redesigned and completed competently and in a structured manner. In our view, this is precisely where the quality of a company is revealed... in how it deals with situations where not everything runs smoothly right away. For us, it is precisely the willingness to openly accept problems and find solutions quickly that demonstrates genuine customer focus. For this reason, and precisely for this reason, we would actually like to add a "plus" to the five stars. In our experience, there is no other IT service provider in Germany that is so comprehensively positioned in the dental sector. From classic IT to dental-specific interfaces (intraoral camera, X-ray, device integration), update services for administration and X-ray software, and IT security (firewall, email sandboxing, etc.)—VisionmaxX is always up to date in both consulting and implementation. Even after many years, we still feel very well taken care of at VisionmaxX, and are happy to recommend the team at any time.
Just as Google is the obvious choice when it comes to search engines, VisionmaxX should be the obvious choice when it comes to IT for medical practices! It sets the standard in every respect, yet is accessible and more than reasonably priced!
Our practice has been a VisionMaxx customer for many years, and I have nothing but positive things to say. VisionMaxx took care of everything. The planning, execution, and communication were excellent. The service is extremely well organized. We have been customers for almost 15 years and can recommend VisionMaxx with a clear conscience.
As a cardiology practice, we receive IT support from Visionmaxx. My experience has been consistently positive. Good analysis of the current situation, staggered recommendations for improving the infrastructure depending on financial possibilities and rapid implementation. Good availability in the event of problems and rapid resolution. Since working with Visionmaxx, relevant IT system failures have been significantly reduced (in fact, hardly any). Exactly the right partner for the great importance of a stable IT infrastructure in the healthcare system!

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended - disappointing and frustrating cooperation with Visionmaxx We have been working with Visionmaxx for over a year, but the persistent problems and inadequate support have now finally prompted us to end our collaboration. For over a week now, we have been experiencing massive outages in our practice program - at times we have been unable to access patient documents. This is absolutely unacceptable for a medical facility. The way the situation is being handled is particularly disappointing: feedback is sometimes only given the next day, our concerns are not taken seriously and there is no real support. This has nothing to do with individual care. It is particularly annoying that Visionmaxx advertises guaranteed fast response times, on-site presence in the event of problems and fast troubleshooting via remote maintenance - unfortunately, we are not experiencing any of this. And this is by no means the first time that these promises have not been kept. What's more, we pay a not inconsiderable amount each month for these services - which is in no way in proportion to the actual support provided. We have pulled the ripcord and the cooperation will now be terminated. We are already in contact with other providers, who have taken note of Visionmaxx's behavior with great incomprehension. Our conclusion: We are very disappointed and cannot recommend Visionmaxx from our own experience.
