The VIAL agency supported us in the implementation of a new brand architecture. In doing so, it took on the task of developing logo designs for us based on concrete workshop results for a new corporate design that is nevertheless based on our old brands. Together with the new logos for the main and our sub-brands ISH Group, ISH School, ISH Campus, ISH Academy and ISH Manufacture, a new color scheme and new fonts were introduced. VIAL then worked out our new website based on concrete specifications. This was an iterative process that lasted several months, during which we regularly provided content and feedback, were presented with drafts, and received introductions so that we could then curate the WordPress-based site ourselves. Time delays in the course of the project were generally due to ourselves; VIAL worked swiftly and on time on the assigned and agreed tasks. Slight deductions are made for the not always clear transparency of who is responsible for us in the project and who has which role at VIAL. In addition, the first drafts of the logos were very uncharitable and mundane; however, our critical feedback was received and implemented very professionally. Furthermore, VIAL made the cardinal mistake of writing "Manufraktur" in the logo of our sub-brand from ISH. In the end, this mistake even appeared on one of our publications, which could have been avoided on closer inspection on VIAL's side (and admittedly also on ours). It was annoying in any case. All in all, we are satisfied with the cooperation and would like to thank VIAL for the good and always appreciative collaboration!
