About Ventas Webdesign CLG
Medium-sized businesses and online visibility—those two things didn’t really go together for a long time. Established family-run companies with solid products often had websites that looked like they were ten years old, because day-to-day business left little time for anything beyond the work that really mattered. Since 2008, I’ve been building websites for these companies at Ventas Webdesign. My goal isn’t to win the “prettiest design” award on some awards portal—it’s to create a site that generates inquiries, builds trust, and shows up on Google.
That background helps: I’m a business graduate from Frankfurt, and before starting the agency I spent more than twenty years in sales, key account management, and HR. I speak with a managing director in his language—about conversion, sales, and personnel costs—not just CSS and plugins.

Description
A B2B sales company in the Rhine-Main region needed a system to automatically qualify, follow up on, and document leads - without monthly SaaS costs and without any manual administrative work.
What we built: a complete AI-powered sales funnel with automated lead capture, an AI call agent for needs discovery, 55+ automated process steps, and a self-hosted CRM - DSGVO-compliant hosting in Germany.
Result: €0 per month in ongoing costs (instead of €80–300/month for SaaS subscriptions), every conversation is documented and can be analyzed, and the sales team can focus exclusively on closing deals. Tech: Python, n8n, Grav CMS, self-hosted CRM, REST API
Challenge
Sales teams were wasting time every day on manually entering leads, following up in an unstructured way, and paying for expensive CRM subscriptions with no real added value. Conversations weren’t documented systematically - so knowledge was lost and leads weren’t consistently followed up. The team spent more time on administration than on closing deals.
Solution
We’ve built a fully automated sales funnel: An AI agent handles initial conversations and needs assessment around the clock. An n8n pipeline automatically runs 55+ process steps - from lead capture and scoring to updating the CRM. The self-hosted CRM runs on our own server, is GDPR-compliant, and has no monthly licensing fees. Now the sales team only has one job left: close the deal.
Results
$0 in monthly SaaS costs - instead of the previous $80–$300 subscription. 55+ process steps run fully automatically. All conversations are documented and can be analyzed. The sales team focuses exclusively on closing deals - no more manual administration.
