I applied to two S for a job as a software developer. Shortly after my application and by chance, I was able to meet the managing director in person at the café. Soon afterwards, I was able to take a well thought-out recruitment test, which was also carried out professionally. As I live a little further away from the headquarters of two S GmbH, I was able to take the test from home. In the next step of the process, I was then invited to do a short internship on site. I was booked a chic hotel room in the Landart Hotel, which stood out in particular with its unique breakfast, which tempted me to visit the associated Angelini restaurant - where I was invited straight away after my first day of work. - I quickly realized that such a team event is not an isolated case, but that at two S you are always well integrated and have a lot of fun together. While my accommodation was already great, the meeting with the development team that was to accompany me during my internship was a wonderful experience. The local people are friendly and motivated; it's fun to get to know everyone. Overall, during the application process, I got the impression that two S is a solid, family-run company that integrates its entire team well and thus ensures a lot of fun and motivation. There is no resting on its laurels when it comes to technology either, but instead moves with the times with fun, without prejudice and a high degree of professionalism - which was particularly clear from the intensive AI debate/decision-making that I was able to witness to some extent during the short time I was on site. Unfortunately, in the end I decided against working at two S for technical and personal reasons, but I can well imagine applying here again in the future as soon as I feel ready.
