We try to avoid Mr. Tschauner as often as possible. Because when he comes, there are problems. But once they're there, he magically heals them and does his best to make sure they stay away. Absolutely recommendable, in every respect. Sometimes you almost wish he would come back.

Internal too slow, laptop too sluggish - all no problem. A call or an email and Mr. Tschauner takes care of the small or even larger problems with his always competent and very friendly manner.
