A few weeks ago I wrote to the company about an acute problem by e-mail (e-mail address given as contact on the homepage). There was no response to the first email. I then called them. I was told on the phone that I had to use a different e-mail address. This is what I did. At least I received a read confirmation. But nothing more happened. I haven't received any feedback to date. If the company doesn't have the time or inclination to accept an order, I expect at least a brief response that it is not possible. It is also surprising when an IT company has an e-mail address on its homepage that is not up to date.

Why call yourself Swissnet if you're not from Switzerland. Huge cheat.

Very good cooperation with the technicians. Competent, helpful. Yes to me was explained as not a Telekom technician, as orginale housewife, the technology of the Fritz Box, so that everyone understands it yet. In German, not in English. And what is important in the corona time...with mask, everything perfectly understood. Thank you......Thank you...and to the Swiss staff...Mr. A.n. love greetings from home.

After updating the Office program, I could no longer open Word or Excel. Unfortunately, I had misplaced the handwritten notes to my purchased Office package. A Tras IT technician got me a new "key" for just under 430 euros, so I can use the programs again. I don't want to come off as stingy, but I feel like I've been ripped off. I simply do not earn enough for this IT service.
