Too bad I can't give zero stars.... In case of emergency for companies this company is a disaster.... One is only put off by the employees on the phone.... Waits in vain for callbacks.... And this drags on for days.... If one becomes then slowly impatiently simply one hangs up..... At least put people on the hotline who have some idea... And not just simple telephone operators.... There are actually companies that are dependent on the Internet.... Starts with card payment... And ends with ordering and billing.... But maybe we can send out carrier pigeons.... If no one feels responsible for you.... Shame on you....
