Warning! They're shipping lower-quality parts than what was ordered! My first order for two hard drives was simply canceled by the seller, but the drives were still listed in the store for €50 more. Since they were unfortunately still the cheapest option... I placed another order. The package sat in the "scheduled for delivery" status for almost a week before it even arrived at the DHL facility. But the worst part is that I had ordered *new* drives, which is what was listed in the store. However, I received "factory recertified" hard drives. In the store, those drives are now priced at ~€90 more, and according to the details, they’re still supposedly new drives.

Yeah, I get sick sometimes too, but my customers still get replies by email or their orders during that time... You pay EXTRA for a German seller... and then this happens.

Based on the inventory listed on the website, we ordered four hard drives for a server. We were explicitly confirmed that the items were in stock. On that basis, we arranged for paid express delivery. Subsequently, we were informed via email that, contrary to the original confirmation, only three hard drives were available—even though the online store still showed a stock of ten units. Shortly thereafter, we received a message stating that three hard drives had been shipped and that the fourth would be delivered the following Monday. We received no further substantive response to our subsequent inquiry regarding the tracking number. Communication subsequently broke down completely. The general explanation given was that no one was available due to illness. Since then, emails have gone unanswered, and no one can be reached by phone either. The repeatedly contradictory information regarding inventory levels, as well as the complete lack of reliable communication, raise significant doubts about the proper handling of this transaction. In our view, this conduct is non-transparent and unacceptable. Since no satisfactory clarification has been provided to date, we have referred the matter to our attorney and additionally opened a corresponding case with PayPal.

They claimed a 2-3 day delivery time. That’s why I ordered. 18 days later, the package still hasn’t been delivered (DHL says “electronically announced,” which means it hasn’t even been dropped off at the post office yet! None of my calls are being answered, let alone returned. My email about this from a week ago hasn’t been replied to either. My account says it was shipped many days ago, but that’s clearly not true. Really poor service so far! That’s what you get for trying to support small shops. NEVER again with this store! It’s now been more than two weeks since I placed the order. I was assured via email that delivery only takes 2–3 days and that the first attempt never took place due to technical issues. Four days ago, I confirmed that I still want this package, but the DHL status remains “electronically announced.” Three days later, I followed up via email. No response yet. The whole thing is incredibly frustrating, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Ordered on 01/24... Today is 02/11/2026! No one answers the phone. No one responds to my email. No one calls back, even though it was promised via text message. "If there’s no service, there’s nothing to complain about..."

Delivery time 2-3 working days, no delivery on the 3rd working day. Email inquiry on the 2nd working day was not answered. Allegedly sent, but no tracking number or whatever received. Nobody answers the cell phone number either. Edit 20.2.: Dealer contacted me by email and I should ignore the shipping notification two days before and he sends the hardware out by express. He would have been ill. Why do you send out a shipping notification if you haven't shipped it?
