I applied to this company, and there I was invited to a trial day. To show my interest, I even participated in the unpaid trial day. Unfortunately, my effort and dedication was not appreciated. After two months, I received neither an acceptance nor a rejection from the company. (Although it was said to me that day, I will get a feedback the next 2 days). This lack of communication and lack of professionalism has left me very disappointed. It is frustrating to receive so little feedback after a trial day that was carried out with a lot of commitment on my part. I would have liked to see proper communication and appreciation of my efforts from the company. This experience has severely shaken my confidence in the professionalism of the company.
