Hands off! Not at all recommendable in our case. There was absolutely no added value. I can only follow and support the previous recessions. But the tip of the iceberg is the unbelievably bad customer service. The manager does not get back to me, the employees also not. The company is great at sending invoices (in advance!!!)! In debt collection threaten even better! Unfortunately, we now also need a lawyer.

UPDATE: This company has negative reviews deleted. Reason: "Apparent violation of defamation". Only with the help of a lawyer was I able to ensure that my review remains online to hopefully protect you from negative experiences. WHAT HAPPENED? Online they advertise with "algorithm in the blood, performance in the heart". But overall, we experienced a very sobering collaboration and results. The collaboration lasted 12 months and we were repeatedly promised better "conversions". Nobody wanted to commit to concrete goals. The weak results were primarily justified by more time for test results (A/B testing) and even more tracking tools / evaluations. At the same time, there was an increasing lack of initiative and clear recommendations for action from the agency. We often noticed errors, e.g. in tracking, before our internal project manager, planned measures were not always implemented on time and we had to follow up a lot, as communication was often very slow and sometimes at a standstill. In the end, we invested almost €40,000 in online campaigns and more than €10,000 in agency services. Targets such as CTC, conversions (inquiries) and bounce rate were often missed by a wide margin. Now all SEA campaigns are back in our own hands and the figures and results are moving in a more positive direction.
