An employer who doesn't even know what they plan to do with their open position from 2024 to 2025. The position is advertised almost every month, but no one is hired. This clearly shows that the jobs there seem very unstable. Good luck with your long-term recruitment efforts—you are well positioned for it. That's right.

Due to our specialization in managed services in the healthcare sector, the search for personnel is unfortunately more time-consuming and lengthy than in other areas of IT. Fortunately, we have still been able to hire several talented individuals in recent months, so our team continues to grow steadily. In order to meet the increasing demand for our services, we have continued to advertise the relevant positions to further strengthen our team in the medium term. Riesenbeck solved / helped to solve a long smoldering problem (telematics infrastructure / KIM connection), which the service provider actually responsible for it could not solve permanently, with precise suggestions (and their own good background information). Many thanks for that.
