The printers are really good, but the company's service is an absolute disaster. The AI phone bot feels like it's from 2003 and can't do anything. Make the products more expensive if you want, but put a nice person on the phone who can help when something goes wrong. But what you're doing in terms of service is unacceptable in the commercial sector. Especially when you're spending so much money on it.
I would like to commend Ricoh's customer service. I am not aware of any other company that will guide you through a menu over the phone to get your x-year-old printer working again. I have an old sp211, which I estimate to be 15 years old. It works perfectly, prints very well, and I want to continue using it as long as the operating system allows. Thank you again for your support! My next printer will be a Ricoh printer!
I would like to expressly highlight the excellent advice provided by **RICOH DEUTSCHLAND GmbH** at **Vahrenwalder Straße 315 in Hanover**. **Mr. Noah Bellersen** in particular took an extraordinary amount of time, was absolutely competent in his field, and responded to all questions individually. The discussions were always transparent, friendly, and solution-oriented—consulting services of the highest caliber! Even though the deal ultimately did not go through at our kindergarten facility **for other reasons**, this does not detract from the truly **excellent advice** and highly professional manner. Highly recommended!

Disappointing cashback processing - dubious approach I ordered a scanning device on 17.03. which was advertised with a cashback of €50.00. The device itself was delivered quickly and is in perfect working order. However, I am still waiting today, 24.06., for the promised cashback amount. Despite several inquiries on my part and the timely submission of all required documents (data, invoices), I have not received a binding statement regarding the payout date. Instead, I am repeatedly sent into an endless waiting loop. The handling of this cashback process is extremely non-transparent and time-consuming. It gives the impression that the company is deliberately delaying or complicating the payout. I find it particularly disappointing that I am not an isolated case - as I have learned, there are numerous other customers with similar problems. For me, this approach borders on misleading and is anything but reputable. I cannot recommend the company because of this unprofessional cashback practice.

Subterranean support, There is a telephone hotline, but as an annoying customer, you are immediately turned away and told that you need the location and contact details of the customer where the device is located (by e-mail). No sooner said than done, we have now been waiting for hours for a call back. At least with the competition you get help immediately and are not left alone. In return, our business customer has a printer that costs well into the 4-digit range. This is definitely not something we can recommend.

It's now 5:24pm and I've been in the queue for 44 minutes. At around 4:55 pm it even rang once, as if an employee was about to answer, but Ricoh must have very shy deer at work, because I was immediately put back in the queue. For a provider that is supposed to specialize in large companies, unavailability is a no-go!
