We received a system from SMA through this company, unfortunately not everything went smoothly and so of course only 3 stars. The system itself is good and could do a lot more than was explained to us, if they would perhaps look into it more, which I did. First of all, 2 not good-humored employees arrived without a good day or something, just the sentence that is quite different here. Bit by bit the rest of the employees arrived and the scaffolding was erected and without asking, roses were cut and even built into the neighboring property, I then took over the questions myself. The electrician then started in my cellar and was unfortunately not very familiar with SMA but was very professional and friendly. They also simply used electricity for the elevator without asking. As the days went by, the mood improved and the system is now running with several minor glitches. Unfortunately, I now found out that the system could even supply the most important things in the house through the storage system in the event of a power failure, which would certainly be an extra and cost additional money 😄. All in all, a good system that makes optimum use of the sun. If the company worked a little more on quality and service, it would be very good. Some things were forgotten that we have reworked, but I don't want to go into that in detail now. I can recommend the company if you make precise arrangements on site and the tradesmen really know what they have to do.
