Unfriendly customer service, not very cooperative, and completely unwilling to see things from our point of view. Very rude lady in sales. If you’re looking for a business relationship on equal footing, VKF Renzel is definitely not the place. We can’t recommend them at all—and we’ve been buying from them regularly for years.

Very friendly staff in the office and in the shop area. I was offered coffee right away too. My truck was loaded very quickly, and I was even allowed to stay overnight in the company yard. Top company.
