My hard drive, which has been 100% recovered, just arrived at my house. I’m so grateful—I thought I’d never see all the photos and videos I had again. They came to pick up the damaged hard drive on March 20, on March 23, they sent me confirmation that it had arrived along with the relevant data; on Monday, April 6, they sent me the list of what they had recovered; and after I confirmed the list today, April 9, it just arrived at my home without any issues. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful.

Excellent professionalism and service in fully recovering all the data from my damaged external hard drive. That said, the price was a bit high for a private individual.
