Landscaping and hedge trimming work really needs to be redone. Several branches stick out by at least 40 cm along the entire length, not to mention the branches they leave lying on the ground after they’re done. Disgraceful—avoid hiring them for this service. Response to your response: No, I don’t want any retaliation from those guys later on.

Really disappointed—I contacted them for my dad. The first cleaning service was scheduled, but no one showed up, and there’s been no word from the manager!!!

Getting your company vehicle (a Citroën C3) to pull up beside you on the highway while speeding—especially with those stickers on the bodywork—is already pretty much pushing it… but then realizing the driver has installed a blue beacon (something you can easily find on well-known websites) on the car to force us to merge is just shameful. What authority do you have to use a beacon, drive dangerously, and go well beyond the speed limits without keeping safe following distances? What does that say about your company? Of course, all the information has been collected and reported to the authorities.

Very disappointing experience with this home service agency. In just one month, we encountered one issue after another—starting with a complete lack of communication: the sales representative was changed without any notice, calls went unanswered, and no instructions were passed on to the cleaner for her first visit. As for organization, it wasn’t much better. The scheduled cleaner was absent for 2 out of 4 weeks. When she was replaced, we were shocked to be assigned an unqualified person, who told us right upon arriving, “I’m not a professional cleaner”... It’s hard to feel comfortable or trust things under those circumstances. Given the lack of seriousness, follow-up, and consideration, we decided to terminate our contract. Not an experience we recommend.
