Dear Customer, We’d like to emphasize that we are a PostNL Business Point and we’re open on weekends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In addition, you are responsible for picking up your parcel yourself or arranging for someone else to do so. You also have the option to place your parcel in the PostNL parcel locker, so you can pick it up 24/7, including on Saturdays. We are an official PostNL Business Point, and PostNL is very satisfied with our location. If you had checked our opening hours on Google or via our webshop, you would have been able to see that we are open today. If you would like to leave a review about PostNL, you should do so with PostNL and not with us. PostNL may refuse parcels to us in the future if incorrect reviews are posted about our company, as this is part of an internal policy in cooperation with our account managers at PostNL. Dear Anne, We would like to respond to your message. First of all, we would like to emphasize that our service point is always open during the office hours we have indicated. So your claim that this would not be the case is incorrect. In addition, we would like to point out that PostNL is very satisfied with our services. In fact, our service point has been selected by PostNL to be fitted with parcel lockers soon. This process has already been started. As for our opening hours: we are an official Business Point, and we have clear agreements with PostNL regarding this. Within those agreements, we determine our exact opening hours. At the moment, we are open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., which provides ample hours to serve our customers. If you are still not satisfied, of course you are free to file a complaint with PostNL. However, we would like to let you know in advance that our experience shows this will not have any impact in this case, as we operate in line with the guidelines and agreements we have made with PostNL. Finally, we would like to mention that PostNL will be closing several of its smaller service points in the near future.
