I had parked a few domains with Profihost. Then I wanted to clean up and sort them out and received personal (!) support. What's more, I had forgotten about one domain and received a personal message from customer service informing me that the provider change had not yet taken place. Crazy! Very professional. Very friendly customer service, actually deserves 6 stars! Direct contact with a friendly person in this day and age—very rare!!
