My father had brought his computer to the repair, several expensive components were replaced and after the repair handed over to my father with the statement that now everything would be OK again. At home nothing worked. I then looked at the computer myself and found that the motherboard had a crack, motherboard replaced and everything was fine. Here, ignorance was shamelessly augenutzt and my father ripped off in which you were senselessly replaced parts that had nothing to do with the actual problem.

The PRISMA team is simply brilliant. They put together a new PC concept for me at home, installed it and explained everything. They even answered my questions over the phone. And in such a way that I can now not only switch the PC on and off. Thank you very much!!!
