Very positive experience. Customer service and the service concept are really lived out here. The company owner was still available at 8 p.m., recognized a difficult problem very expertly during a house call and solved it within a short time. What particularly sets him apart from the competition: Mr. Hohenhausen doesn't have that typical IT attitude that makes you feel completely stupid and incompetent. He explains things simply and objectively and, above all, patiently, so that even non-experts understand the problem. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
