I’m glad I reached out to Mr. Hohenhausen. He was able to help right away with all my technical problems, and he knows how to explain the ins and outs of digitalization in a way that’s easy to understand—even for people who are older—and put them at ease. He’s incredibly friendly, and at least for me, he really encouraged me to spend more time exploring what you can do with a laptop and a smartphone.

Absolutely a great recommendation! My mother-in-law had a problem with her laptop, and she was helped quickly, easily, and—most importantly—competently. Mr. Hohenhausen really knows his stuff, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Before you even bring a broken device here, he tries to resolve the problem over the phone. My computer repair didn’t take long either—it was fixed within a short time. The value for money is also spot on. If my computer ever has issues again, I’ll definitely call here again. The only not-so-nice, and really minor, downside is having to carry the computer—sometimes it’s pretty heavy—up to the top floor. Those damn stairs! But other than that, everything was perfect, and I can only recommend them.

Problem resolution/error handling, very good. Value for money, fair. But having a customer conversation while standing in the doorway outside the apartment just doesn’t work at all, poor.

Thank you for your honest review, and thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand that the customer conversation at your door wasn’t entirely satisfactory for you. I’m trying to clear up the misunderstanding. PC breakdown assistance is a service provider that comes to your home to resolve the problems right where they occur. We don’t have a storefront—we save on that and don’t pass rental costs on to our customers. That said, I also try to take devices into my workshop when possible. Unfortunately, you didn’t have access to the workshop. I understand that can be frustrating, and I appreciate your understanding.
