Hi Dirk, since you have removed your first review including my response to it, I would like to republish my reply here! Even if we do not consider this platform to be the right place to clarify complex project processes in detail, we would like to correct a few points in the interests of transparency - especially to prevent misunderstandings with future customers. Sometimes it turns out in the course of a project that the ideas of collaboration are very different. With patience, experience and a few compromises, we have tried to go down this path together - unfortunately without a joint conclusion, but with a fully completed service. Our task is not only to implement wishes, but also to advise, structure and support with professional experience. Content was not changed, but prepared in accordance with current design guidelines and proven user behavior - always with the aim of achieving a coherent result. The project duration mentioned deserves some context at this point: the first contact took place in December, the detailed initial meeting in January. Due to personal circumstances on the customer side and the request for a price concession, the implementation was initially postponed to a later date by mutual agreement. The final offer, commissioning and down payment - as a prerequisite for the start of the project - took place in May. By June, the website was ready as a complete, functional working basis - just as it has proven to be in many successful customer projects. At this point, the joint fine-tuning should have begun. Unfortunately, the project was canceled by the customer instead. We regret that there were subsequent uncertainties about the content supplied by the customer. Even after communicative differences, we openly signaled that we would bring the project to a professional and solution-oriented conclusion until the customer was also satisfied. Regrettably, there was no response.
