Unfortunately, the reliability of the Wi-Fi in student residences often leaves a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, we cannot assign you to a student residence based on your details. Please register via the student portal and enter your SLA number so that we can check your concerns together. The transmission power and quality of the WLAN should not be confused with internet interruptions. Please note that we are exclusively the access provider in the student residences and do not act as an internet provider. Internet outages and disconnections are the responsibility of the internet provider. These are in no way connected to the systems installed by us in the halls of residence. We will pass on all failures and interruptions of the Internet lines to the providers for rectification. We would also like to point out that one provider is currently being severely affected by disruptions and disconnections. The provider is working on a solution to provide a stable internet connection. Unfortunately, we can neither accelerate nor influence this.

We commissioned P3 Datentechnik with the planning and installation of a PV system including storage in 2023. The consultation was detailed and yet very understandable for laypeople. Thanks to the excellent organization beforehand, the installation was completed extremely quickly and the system has been running without any problems ever since. The service is excellent - we didn't have to wait long for an answer by email or a callback if we had any questions. Photovoltaics has never been so easy! I can therefore recommend this company without reservation.

I had a photovoltaic system built on my detached house by the company P3. Everything was handled by P3, from the planning to the final acceptance, including the correspondence with the grid suppliers. All deadlines were met perfectly and the advice was first class. When problems arose with the grid supplier when the electricity meter was replaced, this problem was also dealt with. I would install a system with P3 again at any time. It sounds like I'm beating the advertising drum for P3 here, but it really was as I described. A big thank you to the whole team at P3. Dipl.-Ing. FH Axel Dürselen

Here in the dormitory in Mönchengladbach there are also constant Internet outages. This company is a disaster! The fact that they are threatening to delete the rating once again reflects badly on the company. They should actually know the customers where they are the access provider

Please note that we are exclusively the access provider in the student residences and do not act as an internet provider. Internet outages are the responsibility of the internet provider. These are in no way connected to the systems installed by us in the halls of residence. All failures and interruptions of the Internet lines will be passed on to the providers by us for rectification.
