An M2 drive that failed due to a power outage. It isn't detected even when connected internally or placed in an external enclosure—nothing at all. It contains accounting and billing data from several companies. The failure occurred on Thursday; a quote was provided on Friday, and on Monday, another drive with the data was picked up. The service was great, and so was the result.
The customer service was excellent. Roberto guided me through the entire process with patience and explained everything very clearly. I recommend them 100%.

They were very helpful and solved my problem!!! They recovered everything I had on my iPhone after my backup didn't go through correctly, and when I was switching operating systems, iTunes only gave me the option to restore it to factory settings. Not only did they get my phone back to working as if nothing had happened, but they also installed the new OS and gave me all my photos on an external drive. Highly recommended! And the technicians are wonderful.

Dear All, More than 800 euros for data recovery. That's a scam. There's an app called Disk Drill that lets you do it yourself for 86 euros.
