About NoviCogi Technologies
NoviCogi is a Munich-based software agency serving small and mid-sized businesses across Bavaria and the DACH region. We build custom software, web and mobile applications, and integrate AI into existing business processes.
Our typical client has 20–500 employees and no large in-house IT department, companies held back by spreadsheet workarounds, disconnected legacy tools, or off-the-shelf software that no longer fits, often with AI on the agenda but no clear starting point.
What sets us apart is first-hand AI experience: with Vjus.ai, we run our own AI SaaS product and AI agent infrastructure. When we implement AI for clients, it is lived practice, not theory. Project management and client communication are based in Munich, while development is handled by our own permanent team in Ohrid, North Macedonia, keeping us fast, personally accessible, and fairly priced.

Behind NoviCogi, there’s a well-coordinated team where clients can talk directly to the people who actually build their project—no layers in between. The project leadership is based in Munich: Founder & CEO Wolfe Diener and Product Owner & Web Designer Maximilian Wegele are the direct points of contact for the concept, design, and every strategic aspect.
A senior project manager keeps timelines and communication on track. Development happens with our own engineering team in Ohrid (North Macedonia), with clearly defined roles instead of an interchangeable resource pool: one lead each for software architecture, backend, frontend, and full-stack—plus additional full-stack and frontend developers. The team has been working together in this setup for years. From our industrial IoT platform to the speech therapy (logopädie) app, many projects have come to life the same way. What makes us special as a team: we don’t just build for clients—we also operate our own AI SaaS product, Vjus.ai, including the AI agent infrastructure. Description
Sprachspatz is an app for families who are waiting for a speech-therapy appointment. We developed it together with two speech therapists—built natively for iOS and Android—and included daily, age-appropriate speech exercises with clear, parent-friendly instructions. From concept and design to release in both app stores, everything was handled in-house (React Native, 2025).
Solution
Together with the two speech therapists, we developed a native iOS and Android app with daily, everyday speech exercises and clear step-by-step guidance. The professional know-how came from the speech therapy practice; we translated it into a calm, intuitive interface that helps children learn through play and gives parents the guidance they need. With React Native, both platforms were built from a single shared codebase—consistent in look and functionality, and easy to maintain.
