Inhumane treatment of former employee I am a former employee of Team Neusta. A few months after I left, I received a letter from Team Neusta Holding's lawyer about discrepancies - it was also the first message with a request for payment and the first deadline. The real problem wasn't the content - it was the tone. It became clearly threatening, especially towards the end: "Failure to meet the deadline will result in legal action being taken without further correspondence." For me, this is an absolute no-go and shows how little respect the company has for former employees. This is no way to treat people. For me, this letter also says a lot about the corporate culture, which I noticed more and more towards the end of my time there.
