Some time ago I had problems with the DATEV connection in my system. Nothing was working at my tax office and everything was becoming more and more complicated for me. My firm then referred me to the DATEV team. They were very competent and everything is still working smoothly after a good year. Mr. Fuchs and Ms. Heitzer Thank you very much!

I have been waiting for two months for the implementation of my VPN connection and the creation of my account. E-mails and contact requests are ignored several times, instead documents are requested several times. Unfortunately not (or no longer) reliable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: After the above recession, I was contacted immediately and everything was set up accordingly or solved to our satisfaction = therefore update to 3 stars.
