This has been my first experience with NETCONFIG. I don't often write reviews, but after my experience with **NETCONFIG, Network Configurations**, I felt this one was well deserved.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. I was even asked if I wanted coffee, cold drink or just water!!! WOW! **Wayne Erradu**, one of the Directors, and his entire team kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening with my device or when it would be ready.
What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked. I was in and out in no time, and my problem was resolved quickly and professionally.
The level of customer service didn't end there. Wayne personally called me later that day to make sure everything was working perfectly and to check that I was happy with the service I had received. That kind of follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction is incredibly rare in business today.
