They are the worst! We waited for a month to get internet at our home and guess what? Turns out they couldn’t install it. If I haven’t called them I would have never received any update or information. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I called again this morning and they gave me a number to call for contract department… that department doesn’t exist only due to the fact that my husband and I have called over 15 times since the morning and when we call it automatically hangs up. I hate this. This wasted our time in getting internet at our home and we now have to figure out how we will get service since our phone contract ends with unlimited data. Update, why do you always give me these worthless numbers 0221222225584 Or 0221 22225581 Nobody picks up in these numbers and when they do they hang up. This makes me so angry. I almost want to file a report against them. Then when I call 0221 2222800 They tell me “we are just IT” i’m only calling the number that was given to me in the document that I have an email for then where else should I call? If I had to call somewhere else wouldn’t they put a different number. They’re just lazy and they refuse to help.
