Extremely disappointing experience. I was asked to pay €25 for a job that took less than a minute. literally just removing three screws and taking out a hard drive. There was no technical difficulty or real effort involved, yet the price was shockingly high for such a simple task. In my opinion, this kind of pricing is very misleading and unfair. THEY ARE NOT KIND

Daarna wil je dat ik gratis iets aan je laptop doe. Ik geef aan dat ik daar geen tijd voor heb omdat ik betalende klanten eerst help en dus krijg ik een 1 ster review van je... Volgende keer beter. Great service with real expertise. The owner genuinely thinks along with you and sees opportunities you might not immediately come up with yourself. I needed a new laptop quickly, and they delivered a great product and installed it properly. The mini-museum in the store with old hardware and software is also well worth seeing.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a solution to the motherboard issue, but I ended up paying quite a bit for the diagnostic costs.

Thanks for your review. I did make sure that the CPU you provided works on the motherboard. Neither your computer nor the hardware you supplied comes from MEGA1. So why wouldn’t I ask for compensation for that? I charge diagnostic costs to cover part of the time I spend working on your computer.

Great service! I stopped by a couple of times because of a power-supply issue for my gaming PC, but nothing came of it. Frank immediately gave clear answers over the phone, and within 1.5 hours my PC was repaired. Highly recommended!

After 12 years of trouble-free, faithful service, I was ready for a new PC. Not because the old one had stopped working, but because it no longer met the requirements for Windows 11. So I went back to Meg@1, where I’d bought it 12 years earlier. I received a nice new PC, but it started showing some strange problems. When we couldn’t figure out what was causing it, Frank arranged—without any hassle—for me to get yet another new PC, this time with an extra card to make sure the problems couldn’t come back. And now I’ve been enjoying my new PC for a month already. Hopefully this one will last another 12 years too.
