Visit them in person. They postponed my appointment. By the time I got to the second appointment, they had forgotten that I was supposed to come. I spoke to an older gentleman who completely let me down. The look on his face was really vile and hostile. The whole company smelled of damp and cigarettes, even the conference room. This company has no capacity for anything. Really visit them in person. You will see for yourself. I think they wrote these eulogies themselves :).

We made a request to stabilize our network infrastructure within the company. After a short time, the property and the existing technology were looked at. After that, despite repeated requests, no more feedback. No appointments, no suggestions for solutions and no telephone contact. It would be okay to say that this is outside their area of expertise - but not getting in touch at all for no reason is a real shame when you're waiting for a response Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it

Top service, every problem I have is solved within a very short time. Always friendly staff who go out of their way to satisfy the customer. To the last review I just read from I.M. Quite honestly - being a satisfied customer for 8 years and not writing a good review, but writing a bad review in the event of a minor communication problem is also not the best thing to do. No more customer service. I have been a customer for 8 years and called 3 days ago. The gentleman couldn't or wouldn't help me. He told me to submit my request by email. I did so immediately. But nobody answers or calls back! That didn't happen under Mr. Heinemann. He always delivered. But he left the company. I tracked him down at ATD and called him. As always, he was able to help me a little, but Mandala has to sort out the rest. The lake is still. They don't care about us customers. But at least the bills arrive on time.
Super customer service, application and implementation also went quickly. Router works perfectly
