I am a customer of Mahr EDV and dissatisfied with the service. I left a 1-star review and then received the following message from Google: "Google has received a complaint about the review for the following legal reasons: Defamation." The review was then deleted. It was only reactivated after I uploaded the relevant documents. I don't think this is the right way to delete the review through a complaint, but I am open to discussions. I am also dissatisfied with the way the sales force handled the matter. We were sold more hours than we actually needed, with the verbal assurance that a reduction would be possible after 2-3 months. Unfortunately, our requests to adjust the hours remain unanswered by the sales force. The general terms and conditions state that changes and additions to an order placed with Mahr EDV must be made in writing and that a minimum contract term of three years is stipulated.
