Dear Sir or Madam, Despite my previous email, I have not received any response so far. I am currently at BG Klinik Ludwigshafen (rehabilitation department, Ward 33A, Room 04) and I have purchased the Wi‑Fi service from m3connect on a paid basis. Since today, there has continued to be a complete outage of the internet connection. Internet access is not possible either via my computer or my smartphone. In addition, it shows that no IP address can be assigned. As a result, the service you have billed for is currently not usable. Despite my report, the problem has not yet been resolved and I have not received any feedback. I hereby make this my final request for you to fix the issue immediately. If no solution is provided within 24 hours, I will be forced to take legal action and request a refund as well as claim any additional costs. I expect an immediate response. Sincerely,

I can't recommend this company to anyone the lady at reception is very very rude and disrespectful she thinks she owns the world

Customer service is non-existent. I've been waiting a month for my ticket to be processed. Hotline provides no information and just stalls.

30 € for one week guest access, I think it's hacking

Very, very poor customer service. I can't recommend it at all. m3connect provides the guest WiFi in the hotel I'm responsible for. The guest WiFi has not been working reliably for over a week now, but nobody cares. There is no help on the hotline, they just take one ticket after the other and if you ask about the processing status of a ticket, you don't get any information but are supposedly called back. Of course, after a few calls you are told that you now have top priority, but that is a lie. With supposedly top priority, I have now been waiting a week for feedback on the processing status of my ticket and my guests (those who have not yet left) for their internet access. So far there is no work result either. Nobody at m3connect is interested. Tickets don't solve problems! If everything works, it's a good system. But it is absolutely no fun if you are dependent on support or help from m3connect as a "service provider". You can also get annoyed about negative reviews.

Zero stars would be better just to burn 10 euros in the oven for a bit of warmth. Or else! Bread can go moldy, they can't do anything. So hands off! Wolfgang Klinger
