I hope I haven't misled anyone with my review: a dedicated, busy team of technicians who know their stuff! They are technicians, so they are not particularly customer-oriented! And busy means that they don't have time for private customers!

Hello Mr. G, it is true that we know our trade, and no, we are not particularly customer-oriented, because we have been working exclusively with business customers for years, which means that we do not support private customers.
I can only agree with the previous speakers. Here you get competent and friendly advice and even if you've done something wrong, you're not lectured to from above like in many other stores. Highly recommended!

The owner visited our company in person and promised to do the work. It was about things that had to be done by a certain deadline. Despite the promise, he never contacted us again. If you don't want to accept the job, you can tell the customer directly so that they can prepare for it. So we had relied on the promise and were left in the lurch.

My laptop stopped charging, but otherwise worked. I was told at the store that it was beyond repair. An hour later, I found another company that at least unscrewed and examined the laptop, replaced a part and after a day the laptop was working perfectly.

Nice to read that your device is running again, we have not helped you as we no longer serve private customers. In addition, repairs do not make economic sense once the appliance reaches a certain age.

The Fa.LuxPC cared for me as a freelancer for over 10 years in situations in which " nothing works more".Also, the business owner and his staff are always available to me with advice and assistance in case of queries.Only recently, care was taken to ensure that the "everything" works smoothly again, what the operator / representative of the profession-specific software used by me after a long back and forth has not succeeded.LuxPC had the right approach and already it runs again.Also with my office move the company stood to me competently to the side and provided for a functioning EDP and telephone system.I am "highly satisfied" of the therefore 5 stars for competence and service.

A 0. I came to these guys with my external hard drive saying that it was beeping, that I couldn't copy stuff properly and that I didn't know what to do. They switched it on in front of my eyes, which is something, I now know, you should NEVER do in case of doubt of the kind of damage the hard drive has. I even remember the guy doing that saying, "this sounds good", so I let it there for two hours as they asked to.They called me back saying they couldn't do anything because the hard drive had a mechanical problem, that the laptop would not recognise it, meaning they had switched it on again. After this they gave me the contact of a guy who asked me 1.000 euros to get back my data. Of course I went to someone else, who asked me 350 euros, who opened it in a proper environment and told me it was not possible to rescue the data anymore because an hard disk with this kind of problems should never ever been switched on. So I have lost everything of the last 6 years, personal and professional, because the reading "head' of the disk was scratching it out while being on. They were supposed to tell me what to do and which were the possibilities in order to rescue it, instead, something that was braking just died in their hands. I called them asking why did they switched it on, that the technician told me that, that was probably the cause of the final damage and instead of an apology they guy of Lux PC wouldn't let me explain, would scream at me on phone and hanged it. I advice everyone to just avoid this place.
