I have been a customer of Lunecon since 2020 and have been completely satisfied from the very beginning—and still am today. I would especially like to highlight their consistently fast and excellent service—particularly their on-site support—which is especially important when IT components fail in our own office, as it allows us to quickly resume work that has already begun. For example, when I had a problem with one of my PC monitors in December 2025, a very friendly employee, Mr. Schitz, brought a replacement monitor to my office within a few hours (on the very same day) to pick up the (supposedly) defective monitor for inspection. I also received very competent and friendly advice—this time from Mr. van Ee—when I purchased a laptop from Lunecon in the spring of 2025.
