I wanted to schedule a test drive. The young man on the phone told me I could be honest if I couldn’t afford the car and just wanted to drive it. Whether it’s because of my name or my fairly young-sounding voice, I don’t know. Either way, my Audi RS e-tron drives great!

I signed up on the Lucid website to request a test drive, and I was contacted by phone shortly afterward. From question one on, it was exclusively about whether the purchase would be financially feasible. They asked very specific questions about my financial situation and my employer. I understand that this is meant to weed out people who aren’t serious and to identify potential customers, but asking for such blatantly sensitive information—especially in the very first conversation by phone—is an absolute no-go.

At the Lucid autosalon, the customer service was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit very pleasant and smooth. The car itself was absolutely stunning—its design, luxurious interior, and innovative features stood out as truly exceptional. Experiencing the Lucid in person was impressive and left a lasting positive impression. Overall, the wonderful service combined with the beauty of the car made for a memorable and enjoyable visit.
Excellent advice from Mr. Gelke. His outstanding knowledge of the cars, their technical specs, and the available equipment options—I've been thoroughly informed about everything! Even the smallest details weren’t overlooked. He was able to answer even the simplest questions with nothing but genuine enthusiasm. I didn’t feel pressured into having to buy a car, but after today’s visit, the decision is definitely back on my radar. That’s exactly how I imagine a sales and consultation conversation should be.
