Serious warning about faulty installations and apparently, in my opinion, completely overburdened management. We had ordered the Sophos package (anti-virus protection). That was also delivered, but not fully installed, as the follow-up contractor discovered. The "Trojan protection" was sold but not activated. Knowledge for the configuration of firewalls should be available in this size of company, but it was not! In addition to various other security gaps due to repeated misconfiguration, a notebook that was not running error-free was replaced in 2014 after massive intervention. The people with the Windows 7 operating system (support discontinued, security gaps) simply let you sit on it without a hint! Internally, there are glaring coordination weaknesses, bug fixes are not completely, if at all, stored in the system. For example, the terminal server was not put into installation mode before the operating system was installed. This led to considerable additional work afterwards. The master password for the PBX was only issued after three days, under threat of obtaining a temporary injunction. This leads to considerable misperformance when various employees are deployed. These subsequent services (up to 6 times on the same problem) are charged callously. Demands for reimbursement were rejected. Except Arnsberg no other location exists, it is advertised differently. Potemkin villages! internal trench warfare because of this customer. Employees are kept happy with new leased vehicles and laptops. Necessary external training of employees, comprehensible documentation, in my opinion, completely absent. As was to be expected, Log-in terminated the service contract in the middle of a critical changeover phase. Then they made an offer for a new server architecture, and after 3 weeks they verbally announced that they no longer wanted to execute the offer. They wanted to "continue" but without a contract. Conclusion: If you complain about faulty services, the climate becomes frosty. Afterwards, one can only say "Thank God". for the cancellation.
