I recently dropped off my Surface to be flattened, the receptionist there was absolutely friendly, professional and courteous. I picked up my Surface a few hours later. Everything was perfect.

We have received an introduction for Datev. Just under 3 hours online. It was nice, but it would have been quicker. Afterwards, we received an invoice for around 550 euros. That's an hourly rate of around 180 euros. I find that really outrageous.

Visiting this company was a horror. I asked the friendliest people to let me go to the bathroom, they denied my request with the excuse that they would close in 15 minutes. Horror and shame and once again shame on whoever hired you.
