It's hard to believe the outrageous machinations are being used here! Without me being a customer of this company or ever having heard of it, 2 of my browsers are simply blocked today. Suddenly I was forbidden by Link 11 to view an NE online store. I called them first, assuming that something had gone wrong between us, which is why this store was blocking me. However, the friendly employee assured me otherwise and wanted to keep me as a customer. Only then did I really see the sender of this page, link11. The only solution they offered me, in English, was that I had to give them my It address so that they could remove their own block from my browser. How stupid would you have to be not to realize that this was probably the goal of the whole link11 action in the first place? Who can help me now to take action against this highly probable cybercrime of the most brazen kind? Ok. However, please understand that I will not give out my IP address anywhere on command. Not even if the telephone answer at the time had been more explanatory and binding, as it is here, than your written statement. ( But perhaps you, as a security company for Internet and cyber-attacks, perhaps it is also possible for you, solve possible cyber attacks innovatively, even without knowledge of IP addresses?

Dear Ms. Becker, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the situation you have described is irritating and annoying and would like to clarify our position. Link11 is an IT security company that protects web applications and online stores from cyber attacks - especially DDoS attacks. In this context, an automated protection system is used that can temporarily block requests in the event of suspicious behavior for security reasons. This does not affect you personally, but is based on technical parameters such as IP addresses or unusual traffic behavior. Unfortunately, this can also lead to so-called "false positives" in individual cases - i.e. blocking is carried out in error. We very much regret that you were temporarily unable to access an online store as a result. However, we would like to emphasize that this is not a "machination" or even "cybercrime", but a purely technical protective measure in the interest of our customers - the operators of the respective website. If you provide us with your IP address, we can check the case individually and remove any erroneous blocking immediately. We only need this information for technical verification and, of course, in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. Please be assured that we have no interest in collecting personal data or violating your privacy. Our aim is to keep websites secure and accessible - also for you as a user. Unfortunately, very poor communication. They make you guess what your costs will be, and only after sending multiple emails do you receive a rather vague response. As soon as you fall within their "guidelines," which they don’t tell you about, you are simply ignored.
