Better to consult a professional. Not competent. Otherwise business-savvy. Unfortunately, he didn’t know what he was doing. Recommending Windows 11 for a 13-year-old laptop is highly questionable. Nothing but problems. The printer he installed isn’t working either. IT experts just shook their heads. Quickly pocketed 200 euros instead of recommending a new laptop. That was a bust. Unfortunately, I have to give one star.
