I have had negative experiences in the area of web design. Despite a high four-digit amount, the project was very slow to no progress. I had to ask several times. The first presentation consisted of a three page pdf with arrogant insinuations. For this service I should pay after I canceled the project 25% (the amount of the already paid deposit) only with threat of legal action I could still get back 50% of it. In my opinion, very unseriös, you can see, among other things, that the rating function on facebook is turned off and with all means is trying to delete my rating zb. with the reason they do not know me.
Dear Mr. Kuhn, this is your third evaluation (with partly anonymous profile) of cooperation from 2012(!). We prefer transparency: The order volume for the conception, design and programming of a website for your Beiladung Transport company was €8.000,-. The "three page pdf with arrogant hints" was the first draft to discuss further elaboration. Unfortunately, the subsequent meetings were not fruitful. We have mutually agreed on a 50% discount on the service rendered and thus on a compensation payment of €1,200. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our speed/performance and that we could not meet your expectations. We take your criticism seriously, although the project is now almost 10 years ago. If you agree, we will be happy to post the brief and our approach to the solution online and share the URL here so that the interested Google audience can see for themselves.
